Clive, the sales consultant was as nice and professional as they come.... Came and provided a quote for a Valour gas fireplace to replace our old fireplace. They were significantly lower than a competitors quote. Never any pressure. We want ahead with Harding and the installers were excellent and well prepared during these Covid times. I had previously been to Harding The Fireplace last year to purchase a new... BBQ and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of brand names and options they had.However, I recently purchased a gas fireplace and had it installed in my home by Harding The Fireplace. Everyone from the sales person to the installer was extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with, not to mention how much I saved during their Napoleon fireplace sale!! Highly recommended!read more

Trust - Integrity - are so rare in business today.I called the Harding... because my gas fireplace wasn't working properly. I expected a service call to my house and a $200 charge.Instead, The fellow I spoke with on the phone from Harding asked me a few questions about my fire place, suggested I replace the wall switch because "that is usually the culprit" for the kind of trouble I was experiencing.I replaced the switch and voila - my fireplace is fixed and working perfectly again!Thank you so much to Harding and the folks who work there. I will be sending my friends and colleagues to you as well any future business from me.I'm shocked in a GREAT way!read more

Harding (Brandon and his son) installed wall tiles around a new fireplace... from the floor to the ceiling. They were very professional, friendly, dependable, and provided an excellent service. My wife and I are very happy with the newly tiled fireplace and big Thanks to them both for their work and extra care on a few other smaller side jobs as well related to the install. Would highly recommend them and use them in the future.read more

Totally "in the dark"..no pun intended about gas fireplaces when we... visited Harding to look into replacing our builder grade "gas" fireplace. John spent a long time explaining the "in and outs" of direct vent gas fireplaces with great patience as the questions were "all over the map". We now have a main floor clean face fireplace now installed with an awesome thermostat remote (he even advised against the more expensive remote due to past service issues with the servo motors Harding clients had experienced with these).Awesome sales experience. Awesome installation experience. Glad to be able to count on this team for future service, etc.read more

When we wanted to remove an old fireplace and put in a wood stove insert,... we called four different people with experience in that type of installation and none of them had a clue. When we called Harding the Fireplace, they knew exactly what had to be done. They even guided us through all the preparations we needed to complete prior to their installation. They really locked arms with us to get the job done.read more
