* NO HEAT Emergency calls are defined as: a total loss of primary heat source as well as condensate leaks.
* NO COOL Emergency calls are subject to weather conditions with service provided between 8am and 8pm.
** Our Club Membership includes repair coverage for the appliance itself and its internal components, including drain-related issues.
It does not include repairs to external systems or accessories such as venting, tin/ductwork, gas piping, electrical wiring, plumbing,
thermostats, line sets, disconnect boxes, breakers, controllers, exterior hoods, diffusers, insulated flex or filters. Excluded repairs are
entitled to a 10% discount on all membership levels.
