Some filters only last for 30-days, while others can be used up to six months, but we recommend homeowners check the filter every month to ensure that it doesn’t need to be replaced.
Clear Debris Around Condenser
To work effectively, the outdoor condenser needs room for air to freely circulate. Make it a habit to regularly check around the unit and clear any debris like fallen leaves, overgrown branches or brush that could be restricting air. This is especially important after a windstorm when there could be a build-up around the outdoor equipment.
