Ingredients
For the Wings
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for the grill
For the Seasoned Buffalo Sauce
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or similar)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¾ teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Heat the grill to medium-high. Season wings with salt and pepper.
- Oil the grill grates using tongs and a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil.
- Grill the wings, covered and turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes. Watch for flare-ups and adjust as needed to avoid burning.
- While the wings cook, melt butter with garlic in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in hot sauce, salt, onion powder, chili powder, and sugar.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
Honey, Lime and Sriracha Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1½ inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
- 1½ tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1¼ teaspoons salt
- 2½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, plus whole sprigs for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine soy sauce, honey, oil, lime zest and juice, garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Reserve ½ cup of the marinade and refrigerate. Place the rest in a zip-top bag with the chicken. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat and oil the grill. Grill skewers over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Warm reserved marinade and drizzle over skewers or serve on the side. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin Filets with Chimichurri Sauce
Tender, juicy beef with a smoky sear, paired with a bright, herb-packed chimichurri. This dish delivers restaurant-quality flavour with the comfort of home cooking.

Ingredients
For the Spice Rub
- 1½ tablespoons paprika
- 1½ teaspoons ground cumin
- 1½ teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
For the Chimichurri Sauce
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons sherry vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 medium shallot, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1½ cups parsley
- 1 cup cilantro
- ½ cup mint
For the Beef
- 4 beef tenderloin filets (6 to 8 ounces each, about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix spice rub ingredients in a bowl.
- For the chimichurri, blend olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and one-third of the herbs until nearly smooth. Add remaining herbs in stages, blending until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
- Let filets sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Rub filets with olive oil and coat with the spice rub.
- Clean and oil the grill grates. Grill steaks for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest under foil for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with chimichurri sauce.
